Distance from BTS station?
It is 10 minuets drive from last BTS skytrain station, Wong Wian Yai (on silom line). In December 2012 the last station will be Talat Phlu and in mid of 2013 the nearest (500 meter) will be Bang Wa station.
What is the exact location of this condo?

Do we allow pets?
No pets are allowed.
How frequent the shuttle van runs and what is the cost?
Shuttle Van starts to run at 6am, from metro park and last van leaves from BTS station, at 9pm on weekends and 10pm on week days. from both places, it’s run at every 30 minutes and cost 20 Baht per person/per trip. It is not free.
Do we rent out for short term?
We do not rent out for short terms. Our minimum rental contract is for 6 months.
What is the electricity, water and internet cost?
The electricity is 3.50 as per the govt. rate. Water is 14 Baht per unit and internet is depend on the speed we have selected. Both provider (TOT and TRUE) are available there.
Where to pay all the utilities bills?
Electric bill must be paid at 7 Eleven, before 15th or each month. Water bill need to be paid at management office.
How much the deposit required to rent the condo?
The deposit is equal to two months of rent and rent should be deposited in first week of each month.
Where to contact in case of any problem?
Each phase has management office, which open 24 hours,
Is it difficult to get a taxi at metro park?
Taxis are parked just out side the property so hardly it’s take 2 to 5 minutes to get at taxi at metro park. Just need to ask any of the guard there and they can call a taxi
Is there any supermarket nearby?
7 Eleven is just inside the property and Lotus super market is 1 Km away from the condo.
Where to Eat and Drink?
Within the merto park, few restaurants are there and to drink and chill out there is open air bar in evening.
Which is the nearest shopping mall?
The Mall Tha Phra, Future Park Bangkhe (now change to Secon Square) and The Mall Bangkhe.
